However, the dependence of Industry 4.0 on talent is unprecedentedly huge, especially the demand for high-end technical and management talents, which is not comparable to the Industry 3.0 era. Industrial intelligence was originally achieved under the premise of highly developed economy and generally high social, cultural, and educational levels. However, after China's reform and opening up, stimulated by advanced European and American technology and production methods, China's industrial level has surpassed that of other industrialized countries for hundreds of years in just a few decades.
So, the emergence of Industry 4.0 is both a great opportunity for door and window enterprises, but the challenges they need to face are also unprecedentedly huge. Intelligent production, intelligent factory, and intelligent logistics are not just the application and popularization of three independent intelligent systems, but a complete set of intelligent service systems. At present, the production and service level of door and window enterprises is far from sufficient to support the application of such a large intelligent system. If door and window enterprises want to keep up with the pace of Industry 4.0, their transformation and upgrading are essential.
